NP2000RS DWDM EDFA
 The Erbium Doped Fiber Amplifier series NP2000RS is designed for single wavelength and DWDM applications in the C- and L-band.
The NP2000RS is a stand-alone gain block module that requires +5VDC bias and can be ordered with or without an integral heat sink. The dedicated digital and analog circuitry precisely controls the pump temperature and pump current using its monitoring and alarm functions. All the operating parameters of NP2000RS can be controlled through the RS232 serial port. The unit comes with user-friendly software with ACC, APC, AGC and AOPC modes of operation.
A high power version of the NP2000RS series is also available : NP3000RS.
NP2000 series products are CDRH certified for laser safety (IEC 60825-1 & IEC 60825-2) and comply with Telcordia GR1312 requirements.
