NP3000MOPA-1.0 1.0W LIDAR/LADAR Source

NP3000MOPA-1.0 1.0W LIDAR/LADAR SourceNP3000MOPA-1.0 is a highly reliable master-oscillator power-amplifier (MOPA) with output power of more than 1 Watt. Master-oscillator is a telecom grade DFB laser and the power-amplifier consists of telecom grade, high-power erbium doped fiber amplifiers.

Output power of this laser source can be directly modulated through a TTL level input port in the front panel. Output wavelength can be chosen in the range 1530 to 1565nm. DFB laser operating characteristics can be controlled with an RS232 port.

NP3000MOPA products have been tested for shock and vibration according to MIL-STD-810E specifications.

NP3000MOPA-1.0 is also available in a 19" rack-mountable size of 2U. The rack mount unit has an output power control and LED display on the front panel.
