NP3000MOPA-1.5 1.5W LIDAR/LADAR Source

 

NP3000MOPA-1.5 1.5W LIDAR/LADAR SourceNP3000MOPA-1.5 Erbium Doped Fiber Laser Source is a pulsed laser source specially designed for LIDAR/LADAR applications. This unit can provide high peak power light pulses in the eye-safe wavelengths around 1550 nm in response to TTL level trigger signals. 

The unit needs a +5V input and a +19.5V input and has dedicated electronic and optical circuitry for pulse generation, amplification and noise management. All the operating parameters can be controlled and monitored through this RS232 serial port and comes with user-friendly software.

The unit is optimized for 25kHz pulse repetition rate. NP3000MOPA-1.5 is available with extended operating temperature range of -20 to + 65oC.

NP3000MOPA products have been tested for shock and vibration according to MIL-STD-810E specifications.
